Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At Comcratic, we are firmly committed to protecting children and adolescents from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation. This policy outlines our standards, procedures, and specific actions to prevent, detect, report, and eliminate any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero tolerance

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or user that facilitates, promotes, or distributes CSAE material.

2. Definitions

Child sexual abuse: Any sexual act committed against a minor, either physically or digitally.

 

Child sexual exploitation: The use of a minor for sexual purposes, including commercial gain, pornography, or trafficking.

 

CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Visual or textual content that depicts the sexual abuse of children.

3. Prevention measures

Automated and manual review of all user-generated content. Image and language filtering using technologies like PhotoDNA and AI-based tools.

 

Suspicious account monitoring with behavioral analysis and reputation scoring.

4. Reporting channels

In-app reporting button on every profile and content item.

5. Cooperation with authorities

We actively cooperate with law enforcement, legal entities, and specialized organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and INHOPE.

6. Content removal

Any content that violates this policy will be removed immediately. Responsible users will be suspended or permanently banned, and serious cases will be reported to authorities.
